Week 4: Jenny Craig program weight-in: 232.4 lbs
My recent weight gain is a household concern. To counter this gradual weight increase (about 9lbs over the first quarter of 2019, and a change in thought, I joined the Jenny Craig program on Wednesday, April 24th. My starting weight was 247lbs.
So far, I’ve followed the 1700 calorie/Day program without fail and loosing weight. Today’s weight-in, from the Gym, showed a scale reading of 232.4lbs. The next Jenny Craig (JC) weight-in is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th.
